Terms of Service for The Good Food CFO subscribers, readers, contributors on Substack
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of The Good Food CFO community on Substack (the "Community"). By accessing or participating in the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to the general Substack Terms of Use and the Substack Content Guidelines. The Good Food CFO community connects mission-driven food founders on their journey to $1 million in revenue, providing peer support and shared learning while staying true to values that fix our broken food system.
The goal is to create a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members.
2. Member Conduct
Respect and Civility: Treat all members with respect and professionalism, even when expressing disagreements. Avoid personal attacks, harassment, or derogatory language.
Constructive Engagement: Engage in thoughtful and supportive interactions with other members.
No Prohibited Content: Do not post content that violates the Substack Content Guidelines, including:
Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
Private or confidential information without permission.
Plagiarism or copyrighted material without authorization.
Impersonation.
Harmful or illegal activities.
Commercial-Free: Avoid posting commercial messages or engaging in unauthorized promotional activities within the Community. Do not use the Community to promote competing services.
Stay on Topic: Keep discussions focused on the Community's purpose and relevant topics.
Private Messaging and Chat: Treat communications with colleagues through private messaging or chat with respect. Harassment is not tolerated.
3. Content Ownership
You own the original content that you post, upload, share, or store within the Community.
By contributing content, you grant an unlimited, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, transmit, distribute, and display such contributions within the Community. This does not apply to the disclosure of private information.
You may be identified as the author of your contributions.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
The right is reserved to interpret and enforce these guidelines.
Inappropriate content or violations may be removed or hidden from public view.
Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the Community.
