An Unexpected Pause

I’m not sure what to say.
I wish that after three of the most difficult weeks of my life I’d have some wise words for this page. But I don’t.
Truth is, my dad passed away after an astonishingly short illness.
For 24 days nearly everything business-related came to a halt.
Including the software and rebrand launch that was set for Nov. 15th.
It’s the first time my life has ever been turned this upside down.
At the moment, I’m feeling grateful to see the blessings in this loss - my wonderful husband who voluntarily turned his life upside down to be with me on the East Coast, family and friends who showed up for us, my amazing team, caring and understanding clients, and collaborators who willingly let go of deadlines and timelines. I also missed a hair appointment, so the goal to grow out my hair is going great!
Things will launch when they are ready.
The new year will look a bit different than we thought.
And I’m continuing to find the blessings in it all.
